Founded in 1989, Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) has become the European leader in leisure activities, operating the largest ski resorts in the French Alps (La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère, Méribel, Flaine...) as well as highly renowned amusement parks across Europe (France Miniature, Park Astérix, Grévin Paris,  Walibi Holland, Chaplin's Worls, Futuroscope, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Walibi Belgium, Family Park, Bellewaerde). WIth the acquisation of MMV, the second-largest hotel operator in the French Alps, in October 2022, the Group has also become a key player in mountain accommodation.

Deeply rooted in its local regions, Compagnie des Alpes, in collaboration with its partners and through its 5,000 employees, develops committed, innovative, and responsible projects, steering clear of standarized concepts. Creating exceptional leisure experiences for the widest audience is CDA's overarching goal, which it has been pursuing for several years through an integrated approach of operational excellence and quality service, focusing on three pillars: the attractiveness of its sites, the utmost satisfaction of its clients, and the profitability of its activities.
