Today, the models are made out of plastic: PVC, ABS or polyurethane for the core parts of the buildings. The other parts, such as shutters, chimney stacks, gargoyles and alike are made using resin. The final touches are added to the models using paint and patina.

Picnic areas are available for the park’s visitors. They are equipped with wooden tables and benches and shaded by gazebos.

What is the most suitable age for children visiting France Miniature?

France Miniature is perfectly suited for all ages! The 5 hectares of landscaped park and monuments are interspersed with miniature, moving trains, boats and cars. At several points throughout the visit fun, educational activities are on offer to entertain our youngest visitors. Children over 7 years old can go on the attractions on their own and those over 4 years old accompanied by an adult.

If I don't have a car: is it possible to get to France Miniature by public transport?

From Paris, Montparnasse or La Défense take the train to La Verrière. You can get a bus from there to France Miniature. Take either the 411 or 412 and get off at the France Miniature stop.

Can I bring my dog to France Miniature?

France Miniature is a landscaped park. Animals are not allowed in the park, even those that can be carried in a little bag!

Is the park pram and wheelchair-friendly?

All the park's walkways are pram and wheelchair friendly, apart from one footpath which is very steep (Montée des Alpes).

Can my child bring his scooter to France Miniature?

In order to ensure the walkways are not blocked, and the comfort and safety of all visitors, bikes, scooters and roller blades are not permitted in the park.

Is there a car park near the park?

There is a car park at the park. It costs €3 per vehicle.
